no ideas ?
how do u use storm ?
one button each shami ?!
I think that those in the German forum know what Gewitter is whereas we dont lol ...
Anyway:
IsBoxer
Keymaps
Mapped Keys
Action
Step 1 target=Char 1 /cast Gewitter (check box do not advance to next step for Gewitter Abklingzeit / total characters in Sekunden)
Step 2 target=Char 2 /cast Gewitter (check box do not advance to next step for Gewitter Abklingzeit / total characters in Sekunden)
Step 3 target=Char 3 /cast Thunderstorm (check box do not advance to next step for Thunderstorm Cooldown divided by total characters in Seconds)
etc.
This way you can spam the single key and get maxium thunderstorms evenly spaced from it.
thanks sam but it doesnt help me -.-
im using and actually i wanted a macro solution :p
gewitter is thunderstorm -.-
there must be a way to make the toon whose turn it is to make a stop cast before using thunderstorm
At this point in time IsBoxer blows away all competition.
Keyclone, HKN and ******** are provided by quality individuals with excellent goals and exceptional customer service but IsBoxer is just the superior program. People who don't use it have just no concept of its power.
If your oppenet is using IsBoxer and you are not .... well they have an advantage plain and simple.
"round-robin" wow macro
or round robin wow macro
or thunderstorm round robin wow macro
for the best possible way to find a macro solution (you will probably get a hit back to this site heh...)
I have no idea why you have 'Stop casting' written out in your macro but I'm pretty sure it doesn't work that way. /stopcasting is a slash command and not something that you can just type out in your macro. You should try removing that from your macro altogether.
fenril i know that it doesnt not work.. i just wrote it that way ppl should see what the macro should do :)
Pretty sure this isn't working since Thunderstorm triggers a GCD.

And don't talk about that software here. If you want to get help here, you must respect our rules and guidelines.Quote:
The /stopcasting command only works in conjunction with instant spells and abilities that do not trigger the global cooldown. These include trinkets and other items that have an "on use" ability. Experiment with your own arsenal of instant spells and abilities to see which ones do not trigger the global cooldown.
i didnt talk about any software.. but anyway.. /stop casting should stop the dmg spell or what ever it does and cast Thunderstorm ... so i dont need to spam that button.. i have no idea what it has to do with gcd hm
I have used it and I am more than happy with the power of HKN instead.
Rage, I'm guessing you're looking for an ingame macro to do this? You're not going to find an ingame means to stopcasting only if it that toon's turn to cast Thunderstorm.
The proper format for the macro is
/stopcasting
/cast whatever
Stopcasting is not a valid spell, nor is it a conditional, therefor it cannot go in the body of a cast or castsequence line. If you try to do it like this :
/stopcasting
/castsequence reset=45 Thunderstorm,,,,,
/stopcasting
/castsequence reset=45 ,Thunderstorm,,,,
/stopcasting
/castsequence reset=45 ,,Thunderstorm,,,
etc
Everyone is always going to stop casting. You will have to do it externally, or you will have to use separate macros, or you will have to live with everyone or no one stopping.
