Multi-boxer's dream: BoE quest hand-ins

Didn't know where to put this, so it goes here. I stole this from Elitist Jerks. It's my new favorite guide...a guide to all the quests you can use BoE turn-ins for. This means if you have a 70 (or even if you don't) you can just farm the crap out of these items, and hand them out to your alts.

Well this is sort of handy, but some of these quests i would avoid.... added some more info in of my own:

Badlands

(B) Coolant Heads Prevail - Frost Oil (1) - requires alchemist skill > 200, mats required - 4 x Khadgars Whisker, 2 x Wintersbite, 1 x leaded vial
[Prerequisite - Coolant Heads Prevail] Gyro... What? - Gyrochronatom (1) - requires engineer skill > 170, mats required - 1 x iron bar, 1 x gold bar.
(B) Pearl Diving - Blue Pearl (9) - from clams in the Vile Reef in STV, high drop rate, no kills necessary. Underwater though, so gathering time increased

Blasted Lands

(B) A Boar's Vitality - Blasted Boar Lung (3), Scorpok Pincer (2), Basilisk Brain (1) - low drop rate from mobs
(B) Snickerfang Jowls - Snickerfang Jowl (3), Blasted Boar Lung (2), Scorpok Pincer (1)- low drop rate from mobs
(B) The Basilisk's Bite - Basilisk Brain (10), Vulture Gizzard (2)- low drop rate from mobs
(B) The Decisive Striker - Scorpok Pincer (3), Vulture Gizzard (2), Blasted Boar Lung (1)- low drop rate from mobs

(H) Catch of the Day - Bloodbelly Fish (2) - to get a bloodbelly fish, you need to turn in another quest called "Fish in a Bucket", which requires gathering of 5 shellfish from the traps under the pier at Shadowprey village. Drop rate from the traps around 50%. Underwater, so gathering time increased.

Dun Morogh

(A) Search for Incendicite - Incendicite Ore (6)

Duskwood

[Prerequisite - Jitter's Growling Gut] (A) Dusky Crab Cakes - Gooey Spider Legs (6)
(A) Look To The Stars - Bronze Tube (1)

(B) Bonescythe Digs - Bone Fragments (30) - low drop rate, AoE farming skeletal undead mobs in WP probably easiest.
(B) Cryptstalker Armor Doesn't Make Itself... - Crypt Fiend Part (30) - low drop rate, Terrorweb Tunnel in EP and Strath undead best place to find these
(B) Dark Iron Scraps - Dark Iron Scraps (30) - low drop rate, kill orges in Burning Steppes, dwarfs in Searing Gorge or BRD mobs,
(B) That's Asking A Lot - Thorium Bar (2), Golden Rod (1), Hi-Explosive Bomb (8 ), Unstable Trigger (8 ) - requires Blacksmith skill >150 (rod), Engineer skill > 235 (high explosive). Mats required for crafted items = 64 solid stone, 48 Mithril bars, 16 Mageweave cloth, 1 gold bar, 4 coarse stones per person. This quest is a waste of time IMO.
(B) The Elemental Equation - Core of Elements (30) - low drop rate, Elementals in NW Sithilus and DM best mobs for farming these.

Elwynn Forest

(B) The Outcast's Plight - Arakkoa Feather (30) - repeatable quest up to honored that gives +250 lower city rep & a bag of goodies which can occasionionally contain BOE greens & blues. Definitely worth doing.

The Barrens

[Prerequisite - Tribes at War] (H) Blood Shards of Agamaggan - Blood Shard (1) - medium drop rate from Bristleback mobs, also drops from mining nodes as well

The Hinterlands

[Prerequisite - Message to the Wildhammer] (H) Another Message to the Wildhammer - Long Elegant Feather (10) - extremely low drop rate - quest is a waste of time IMO.

Un'Goro Crater

(B) Crystals of Power - Red Power Crystal (7), Yellow Power Crystal (7), Blue Power Crystal (7), Green Power Crystal (7) - can be found all over un'goro - easy to gather if you have an epic mount

Westfall

(A) Goretusk Liver Pie - Goretusk Liver (8)
(A) Keeper of the Flame - Flask of Oil (5)
(A) Westfall Stew - Stringy Vulture Meat (3), Murloc Eye (3), Goretusk Snout (3), Okra (3)

Zangarmarsh

(B) Fertile Spores - Fertile Spores (10) - low drop rate from Strider mobs in Zangarmarsh - difficult to farm due to low number of mobs, and high distance between mobs
(B) Glowcap Mushrooms - Glowcap (10) - lots found in the west of Zangarmarsh, can be seen on minimap by herbalists
(B) Natural Enemies - Bog Lord Tendril (6) - low drop rate Bog Lords and Giants in Zangramarsh, best place to farm - The Spawning Glen

I didn't see them in the list, but every faction has an NPC that you can turn in cloth for rep. Each level of cloth takes 60 and gives good XP, no matter what your current level is.

Dampscale basilisk eyes and spider hearts?
Those are used to switch faction between Aldor & Scryer.. not something you'd collect for a new character to complete quests. And you need a LOT of them to get to friendly with the opposite aldor/scryer faction, so they're better off sold on the AH.
