The ^ and >s represent the ring, and this is facing the ring from the stairs, it may be a little further than it is to scale in the picture.
Position all shamans slightly more than 2 boxes apart about 2.5 boxes away from the outside of the ring on the right site. It make take a few times to find the right spot, but it isolates blue fire to one person, and secondly but more importantly avoids wing buffet, which is killer. You can let the npcs OT the adds until you finish focus firing them down. Really the fight is cake except for finding that sweet spot for positioning. We decided to just keep bringing her down as soon as the turrets were available, even if adds had just spawned.
For phase 2, you dont even need to move adds, basically shabu and koro tanked him front and back and back and front respectively for when it got too hard to heal, but prevent breath from hitting the alts (although sometimes inevitable, it wont kill them). Make sure to have fire resistance totem and nature resistence totems out. Blow heroism right when shes pulled down to the ground for the first time.
Like I said, the fight is all about positioning and determing risk factors, we found it best to just heal through the flame, it wasnt bad when it was isolated to single people.
