I could use some help playing my Ret Pally

I know, I know...

I recently xfer'd my "tank" over to the opposite faction and began using her to level my alts. I took a break from instancing SM (my eyes were bleeding from boredom) and decided to quest a bit. Well, I got killed a few times too many and brought my "tank" over to help out.

I've quickly discovered that;

a) I haven't solo played in a couple of years and suck at single player PVP

b) I have no idea how to PVP with a Ret Pally - She was RAF'd and has only ever been Prot

I have full furious/wrathful/and the other type from all my extra badges and honor. I just don't have a clue how to play her. Could you guys help me out here....imagine how embarrassing it was to get my ass handed to me by a fellow Ret last night who had 0 resil in his PVE gear and I had 900...sigh...

The general rotation (at least boxing) is:

Judgement of Choice.
Crusader Strike.
Divine Storm.
Consecrate.

You'll want to go different Blessings from your pallies to cover each.
I believe Might - Kings - Wisdom would be the priority order, assuming no Prot Pally for Sanctuary.
Kromtor had a post, on which talents to go with which blessings for maximum effect.

Righteousness or Vengeance/Corruption is best for single targets/Arena.
Use Command for Battlegrounds or AoE.

Have a hotkey to combine Divine Sacrifice with Divine Shield (I think), to redirect a large amount of party damage to your toon, but be immune to damage while this happens.
Keep Sacred Shield up and use Divine Plea in combat for the mana.
