When I do "Save as" in IS boxer, IS boxer will continue to edit the backed up file, is there a way to make it continue to edit the file in the IS folder instead?

When I do "Save as" in IS boxer, IS boxer will continue to edit the backed up file, is there a way to make it continue to edit the file in the IS folder instead?
Pretty sure, when you save as, it saves the current config as whatever (and whereever).
Exporting to Inner Space, also gets your current config saved.
You can open the current config file, or any of the saved files from the file menu.
