Suicidal. I'd say you need to do some fairly hefty upgrading. Look around for the recommended specs.

Re-read it, you don't have to, people do this because they like to keep UI's, Macros and Settings cleaner. You'll see a slight boost in load times if you run them all from the same folder as they are using shared resources.

I do realise this is a bit low to run WoW 4 times, But is it possible to do so?

Thanks in advance!
All 3 of those are well below what I'd consider minimum specs for halfway-playable 4x WoW. First, the 7300/7200 series of videocards really aren't made for gaming at all. The 8600GT/7600GT area is about the lowest I'd even consider an attempt at quad-boxing with. Two 8600GT's may be able to power two monitors well enough for 4x at playable rates if the rest of the system can support it. The Core 2 architecture blows away the previous Pentiums, and although some may run the higher-end Pentium D chips for dual-boxing, I wouldn't consider it fun to try for 4. Also, 1024MB of memory is tiny. DDR2 memory is cheap, so get a 2x1GB pair for around $45.
