ISBoxer repeated region

I recently added another monitor for my setup. I up my resolution on all my windows. and manually updated my repeated region setup. (move, resize the region, sync etc). But the updated settings for repeated region doesn't stay. It keeps going back to the old settings when I have 1 monitor.

Is there a setting that I can change for InnerSpace to make this change persisted? Or some cache that I have to clear ?

Once you have it set up where you want it, try saving it as "Auto". Then it should come up in that same location next time you launch.
