Our second wing cleared!

This is probably one of the most fun raid encounters I've done.

It was WAY more fun than Rotface....

Are we doing a full clear up to this point next week? or extending the ID to do more new content?

Surely you guys are doing a full clear. You can't all have all the drops from the first 7 bosses.

Heck, if some of you are bored with the first seven bosses, just invite me in - I'll box however many spots don't want to do them ;)

(Just so you know, yes, that is a joke, I don't think I could really do that. Well... not yet)

No, we won't be extending the raid I'd. The goal for next week is to get at least festergut down the first night. We'll get faster as we go.

Even with all the dicking around the first night and the few wipes on Rotface we still managed to get to Putricide. I'm hoping for 2 wings to be cleared the first night in the near future. We'll get there.

This is *really* my goal too. It took us 8 wipes to down Putricide, and he's probably one of the hardest encounters in the place. I think if we can get to a point where we're downing him on night 1, or even getting rotface and festergut down the first night, we'll be in really good shape to spend progression nights on a different wing while still raking in the badges and loot.

I agree, we seem to click once we get a boss down and our wipes drop considerably. Our downing of rotface was the most difficult to choreograph but now I think we've got it. Also the professor turned out to be a pretty smooth encounter once we understood the mechanics and established a path for the tanks in phase 3 (and avoided the blasted OOOOZE.) Obviously wipes are inevitable, however we should be able with limited numbers of them.

yes in phase three do not stand behind the tanks and everything will be ok :)

i think we can control this a bit better as well, if we all group up, then scatter, then group up, we'll be able to position the slime much better.
