So I just saw this and what I am trying to do is lvl up my warrior and at the same time have my priest on auto follow on him and just toss him a renew or heal whenever needed. Now I understand I can use this program to do this, will this get me in trouble in the game?

I am not aware of any issues Blizzard might have regarding AutoHotkey at the moment.

Pressing a button on your keyboard and then sending a keypress to multiple WoW windows is not considered automation and is not deemed against the ToS by Blizzard.

Alright cool, I just set it up and it works like a charm.

All this is doing is making me not tab to the other window... so yeah.

I have been petitioned by people that I explained how I multi-box to and they were in turn told by GMs that I am not doing anything against the ToS. I am using AHK as well. I've never even been contacted by a GM.

So I am pretty sure you won't get into trouble.

Have fun. You will really love it when you can hit that critical shield button and don't have to worry about tabbing to the other session to do it.
