Prot paladin pvp gear / macro

I'd like to take part into the new arena season With my prot pally / 3x ele / 1 resto shaman. On my shammies i have collected all honor pieces from the previous season. On my pally nothing. I could dual spec him retribution or healer (and change my resto into ele), but thats not my preference.

A while back i read inhere that a prot pally should be using ret gear for pvp. Actually i have saved every piece of ret pve armor that dropped in instances, which is almost a full suit. Now I'm in doubt how to gem/enchant it. In doubt between attack power/crit or as much resilience as possible. Given the pally his survivability (shield, plate, hp pool) i'm thinking that more dps outweights the resilience. Though zero experience there.

Also this is a temp solution till i get specific pvp gear for my pally, so its a work in progress.

And on a final note, can anyone point me into the right direction as to what spell rotation i should use for pvp?
