multiboxing professions

I have currently enchanting at level 375 which allows me to DE the loot and sell the mats. In other games i've always enjoyed the crafting/resourcing part, but they usually evolved with my toons. However due to raf and fast leveling i have 0 skill on my alts. Therefore i'd like to boost as many professions to an acceptable level. I 've boosted enchanting the hard way and in a short time frame, without knowing the mats, their price and what they exactly do = way too costly. So now i want to be as self sufficient as possible. It's quite hassle to figure out what to save and what not. Therefore i'd like to get some input:

- i'm looking to cover as much professions as possible, not only for the fun to run my own little economy, but also with future alts in mind (its not because i don't need cloth right now that other future toons can't use it).
- for now i like to limit boosting professions to my main team, not on my alts
- i have the mining/herbalism routes covered

But i'm in doubt how to boost other professions. The guides i've found are not explaining very well what/how or they became obsolete. So my question: what's the best way to boost my professions on my alts, and in which priority?

http://www.wow-professions.com/ is the best site I have found on how to level 1- 450. It lists off mats needed to do it cheapest.
