Emblem of Frost Daily question

Hi all,
so I have a question about the daily heroic, if there is some of the team which have done the daily and others that have not, will the ones that have not done the daily get frost badges for the random dungeon or would they have to be the leader of the group to get them? How does this work? Now that I have a few odd 80s which are not part of the main team I am wondering if they can get badges by dropping them into a team that has already done the daily and run them that way.
Anyone doing this?

You'll get the frost badges on the ones that haven't done it, and the 2 bonus triumph badges on the ones who have.

Does it matter who is the leader of the group?

No.

Every daily is character bound, aslong as you're not in a raid for some, it doesn't matter at all what other party members do or did.

Would be really awkward for single boxers else.
