EDIT:
Keyclone has decided to start saving my settings, all of them except the battle.net email setting.
Not sure why it dislikes this ONE setting. Any ideas?

I believe this is a known problem and should be addressed in the next update from Keyclone.
In the mean time, you'll have to use your battlenet login under the "wow:username" field. if you have multiple accounts under your battlenet, you'll either have to select it from the drop-down when you start wow - or - have a seperate wow folder per account you want the settings stored one. (I have 5 accounts under 1 battlenet, so I have 5 wow folders... this way I don't have to mess with the drop down each time I start up wow).
If you choose to make multiple wow folder, look into symbolic linking (sp?), will save disk space and keep your computer running smooth like it was using wow all from one folder. Hope that helps,... I'm looking forward to a Keyclone update myself.
