New team, new server, all trolls, what classes?

Getting ready to start a new team on a new server, no help, no RaF. My goal with this team is to do heroics. I want to make this team all trolls but I'm having trouble picking the classes. Here are some thoughts.
Drive with warrior or DK
priest
mage
2x shaman

With IWT this team is a thought
Drive with priest or shaman
warrior
rogue
DK
enhancement shaman


I already have a ton of shaman on my other servers, so I am trying to get away from them somewhat, but the totems bring so much to the table. I also have a 5x paladin team that I can't do any heroics with (I can't even complete most lvl 80 normals) so I may be lacking considerably in skill. This new team will drag a dedicated healer and a dedicated tank around until lvl 80 whether needed or wasting a spot. I have no priests, warriors, or mages on any of my accounts over 20, nor have I really boxed any rogues seriously.
Anyone have any suggestions on what they found to be fun? Keeping in mind this team will be all trolls (and not 4x or 5x shaman),any other team makeups or classes I should consider?

I'd maybe try:

Tank: Warrior
Healer: Priest
DPS1: Mage
DPS2: Hunter
DPS3: Shaman (totems are good mkay?)

I second Svpernova. If you think its gonna take you a long time to level and you want the all troll aspect at 80, you could put a tauren druid in there and race change to troll druid @ cataclysm.

I'd definitely agree here. IMO Druid > warrior for a tank, the druid just brings more to the table. But sticking with trolls for now, your limited to Warrior / DK. I'm just not very impressed with DK tanks these days, they seem to take huge, unnecessary spike damage even in heroics.

I know you have stated you have troubles with Heroics. If you try with a DK tank, you will spend all your focus on ensuring he's being healed, and that won't help you out.

(Source: My main since Day 1 of Wrath has been a DK. Healers hated me in heroics before I was well geared...and even now some ToC encounters, etc are spikey).

While I hadn't considered druid, it is a good idea. The problem I have is this is to be a troll team and I may not get Cataclysm, and I doubt I will wait to make the team until Cat comes out. At this point the common answer seems to be
Tank: Warrior
Healer: Priest
DPS1: Mage
DPS2: Hunter
DPS3: Shaman

What does the hunter bring to the team? My first 60 was a hunter, and I have a PvP team of hunters, but I don't see what they would bring over another mage or shaman.

EDIT: Also, what would you change if my goals were to change to 5 man PvP, such as battle grounds and Wintergrasp.
