guys, i got this macro from here a while back....
/castsequence [nochanneling] reset=target vampiric touch, mind blast, mind flay, mind flay, mind blast, mind flay, mind flay
/cast devouring plague
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()
how do i get it to work again :-0
its stopping the mind flays about 1/2 way through and starting the next cast. my haste is 320ish. or is there a new leet one out that i havent seen>?

I hate multiple casts in a macro for people that want them both to go off.
Here is how it works.
You cast a spell. It takes time to cast it. The server doesn't finish the spell yet and you can try to send another spell just before the cast finishes and it should go off. But that depends on your latency and reaction time. If you use almost all instants, it doesn't help. if you cast a LOT of long spells, and have a long time from your computer to the server, it can happen more often. I just don't plan on it. I play 1 WOW on a computer and have a fast connection, so it doesn't help me at all, the second cast NEVER, not in 110 tries ever went off. I got bored and pissed and tried it out.
The reson your casts get ganked, is your second cast tries to over write them. Put a [nochanneling] on the second part I think. I just put things in one cast and move on. There are bigger things to worry about than if you can squeeze out 1 extra cast due to lag.
well it might be game lag but not my computer or net lag from my end. The macro worked flawless before the 3.3 patch.
not sure what patch the made devouring plague have not cool down. my guess is that the /cast devouring plague is trying to cast it over and over now seens there is no cool down on devouring plague any more
If you want a five spell rotation with 15 and 24 second cooldowns, with mixed resets go with a click cast sequence versus a castsequence. This is what I use for grinding, server response lag will get that devouring plague if your even half way button mashing.

i would guess yours would be something akin to this. Basically DP is a 75% chance opener, with a castsequence either you need to overwrite your vt or you need to put another string of mb, mf mf mf.
Personally i find vt a waste in the rotation, it eats almost two mind flays.
