The simplest is probably keyclone.

Any key you press on one screen, will be broadcast to every other screen.
So you can either have something on that keybind (spell or macro) or leave it open, depending on what you want to happen on the other account.
You have the option for blacklisting keys (I used Num Lock, F1 and Tab), which are not broadcast.

There is also a pause button, to disable broadcasting.

Pretty basic program, but super easy to use and as good as anything, from a simple broadcast keys point of view.

It's $20, for a lifetime license, which is transferable should you upgrade your system or what not.

IS Boxer is a much stronger system, in that you can do all the same keyboard stuff, but you can PiP swap (change the view to another character) much faster. You can broadcast your mouse clicks to other screens for ground target spells or to click on portals at the same time. You can use your mouse to heal (repeater regions) from any screen, without the need for warcraft healer macro's.

In short, it will do just about anything you want it to do, that is not a violation of the wow terms of use.

At its basic level, it is possibly easier then keyclone, in that they both have wizards to run. But IS Boxer has automatic assists built into it. So anything you put on the "1" hotkey for multiple members of your team, will be cast by all members and at the target of the current character. Keyclone will require assist type macros within warcraft for this.

There are a ton of features with IS Boxer, to configure beyond what the wizard gets you. I'd initially start with the wizard, and go slowly from there.

Unlike Keyclone, IS Boxer has the option to broadcast everything via "repeater mode". With repeater on, its just like Keyclone. But the default is repeater off, and Keymaps control actions (hotkeys, which give a command or action to one or more windows). The default keymaps made by the wizard are for the automatic assist DPS keys (1 through =).

There's a bit more of a learning curve for IS Boxer, but its a much stronger boxing option too.

I have a guide to IS Boxer in my signature. For a new user, I'd recommend just the initial set up section, through the wizard. It is very detailed in what do click and where. Skim/browse the rest, at your leisure, it will get you an idea of other options, as you wish to expand from the basic set up from the wizard.
