Boost in SM, not ZF...IMO

Quick frustrated rant as a I fly my 2 "A" accounts back to SM to summon the party.

I am new to MBoxing, but not WoW. I have a 78 druid I'm using to Boost my B, C, D, and E accounts.
In just under 11 hours played my toons were at lvl 35 and 25% into 36.

An hour+ played later, and I'm at lvl 35 and about 60% into 36. Yes, I'm sure some of it is me....but ZF is just NOT worth it!!!
In all the advice I've seen both Pro ZF at 35-45, and those who say just stay at SM. I'm here to tell ya....SM BABY!!

I personally stay in SM and then go to BRD for 5 levels from 40 - 45. I never really liked ZF and in one of the patches they put in a nerf where you cannot ride your horse through mobs to pull them without the hunters knocking you off.
So my vote goes to stay in SM till 40 and then BRD to 45 and then the rest either in Scholo first 3 rooms or Stratholme.

Yes, ZF sucks since the ninja dismounting spell change.

If you're sick of SM, you could boost through quests.
Zones like: STV, Thousand Needles, Dustwallow Marsh, Desolace, Alterac Mountains.
Honestly, I'd think just doing SM to 45 will be faster.

You can do ZF, particularly with an unmounted Bear, as your immune to the Hex/Polymorph.
But you cannot use your mount.

I'd personally just stay in SM, but there are options.

I like Stratholme (the gate that you need a key to enter, rather then way on the NW corner of the zone).
Usually go 45-55 there.
Then 55-60 in Ramparts.
If you want to boost beyond that (RAF 3x exp's done), you can go Underbog, and then Black Morass (don't start the event, in BM).

What I like about BRD is that the bosses can drop some decent blues. I have run it with an 80 feral druid and he rips through those mobs, the only issue is some patrols which you need to keep an eye out for.
I have always got to scholo after BRD, it is very easy, no patrols and on my druid I can pull the full room each pull and so lots of exp to be had. I only go ramps at 60 but I could see it being a good move to go at 55.
Once I hit 65 I am normally boosting in the bone waste dungeons, some nice drops which help for questing from 65 - early 70s and also some quests there which can make for extra xp.

That dismount spell did change ZF quite a bit, no more mega pulls for nearly the whole instance mounted.

BRD has a problem with mega pulls in that the nets are annoying, pulling the whole prison loop can be rough. The Bael'Gar area seems a bit easier.

Pulling back the portals seems to have some flaws in that the mobs can get lost on the wrong side of the portal, this is especially true it seems in Stockades they wander around the side of the ramp and then glitch some how.

Thanks for fresh advice here. I'm really NOT tired of SM. It's such a mindlessly easy 2 pulls in 10 mins that it's the first time in WoW I can "auto farm" without paying much attention and listen to music or watch movies on other monitor, etc.
(I'm not normally good at that, even farming Ore I have to pay attention or I die a lot *LOL*).

At 55 I will probably go the Ramparts route...once I get to 60 I'm going to boost my second team (the 4 Shaman). Once I get them to 60 I'll then 'grant level' all my grants (I did: A-B-C, A-D-E) which will give me
2 'free 60s' on my A account, and 1 free 60 each on my B & D account. I'll have one 60 of each class to chose from and I'll decide the mix there. At 60 I'm going to primarily quest with a full "team", no 'boost'.

Since I'm new to MBing, I feel it'll be time to really learn how to 'play my team' and even run some of the instances. (My A Account has FULL Herilooms, of all the armor types (Cloth right to Plate) and weapons, so my Tanks (who are mostly all on account A, as I like to Tank most of all roles) will be decently geared very quickly in Outlands (in 3 or 4 quests).
