FFXI dual boxing, shuts down please help.

Hello all, im REALLy hoping you can help me. I play ffxi with windower 3.41, and i open 2 accounts on one pc. The problem im having is this, every once in a while, one or both of my accounts freezes and kicks me out. This is the error i get.


"Playonline Viewer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

Any ideas? help? Somewhere i read says turn the resolution down on one account, if that helps, where would i do that at? ANy other ideas, anyone else found this problem?
