General > FTL Follow Me
Why would this Key Map work only when my characters are grouped ?
I don't like follow strobbing so I bound that key map to an easily reachable key (G13-G24). It works fine when my characters are grouped, but doesn't do anything when they are not. I don't understand why. The FTL setup should have nothing to do with being grouped or not, right ?
The final macro text is :
/follow [nomod:alt,mod:lshift,nomod:ctrl]Moodje;[nomod:alt,mod:rshift,nomod:ctrl]Muudje;[nomod:alt,nomod:shift,mod:lctrl]Maadje;[mod:lalt,nomod:shift,nomod:ctrl]Meedje;[nomod:alt,mod:lshift,mod:lctrl]Miidje
I could still revert to what I was doing before :
/jamba-follow master all
... but I would like to understand this behavior.
Setting a key to Control > Follow/JambaMaster behaves the same, by the way.

My follow doesn't seem to work unless the toons are grouped as well.
It might be an IS Boxer thing.
Same battlegroup or raid works fine; I've not been in non-BG/Raid situations where my "set" is not in my group.

Ah, ok, that was my only concern. If follow still works in BG when toons are split in different groups, then it's fine.
Thanks for the reply.

According to a PM or two I've gotten, this issue is related to Jamba and is fixed in Jamba 0.5. I haven't verified that it's fixed in 0.5
If you don't have Jamba installed, it should work right.
/follow doesn't normally support conditions. ISBoxer replaces /follow with a version that does, and if Jamba's follow module is available, it will use it.

Ya it's seems to be a jamba thing. Anytime you use the /jamba follow master style macos for follow it''ll give you the invalid target error. Using the /click jambaFTLTarget /follow method everything works fine.
