Pretty much the same thing but better.
It isn't a hardware failure that folks are worried about. It is the against the wall mechanical failure. :)
I have one of the new performance mx darklaser mice. Boy is it nice. Works on that glass desk that you have fursphere.
while i agree. i have experienced some issues with my mx. first one decided it wouldnt charge anymore, and my current one has clickin issues (which i fixed by adding a little piece to the inside).Quote:

most logitech mouses are fine, mx1000, mx revo, g7/g5, but the against the wall failure is indeed a strong downside to the pricing :D
Just picked up a spare on the cheap. Now I'm curious if both will work off the same usb dongle... never having to worry about having a charged mouse would be handy.
