Ergodex failed to release Vista drivers for the DX1 pad but a user has developed a new driver that allows for multikey macros in Vista and I'm using it with Windows 7 and the amazing Hotkeynet Multiboxing Software.

Wow.. This looks awesome. May have to pick one up just to try it.
I have read up on the DX1 and while it sounds great I was worried about how well the buttons stay. What holds them down do they move easily?
I've used the mouse to play FPS games and i liked it while I was using it. Don't use it anymore. However the idea of a keyboard you can shape and move to your liking is awesome.
The reviews are pretty good. When I first started looking at this I wanted to give them a chance to prove themselves and it seems it has done a decent job with the exception of the Vista driver issues.

I've only changed the button arrangement a couple of times. They stay in place until twisted off to be removed.
I've been using the Logitech Trackball since it came out, long before I started playing WoW.

Thank you very much for the hint of the new driver. I'm using also still the "fan-driver" which allows only a single char / key per button.
btw DX1 and Logitech Trackball are great to box!
