Second team : Taking my time to enjoy the process.

I started my second team last night. I'm not going to waste any more money on getting even more accounts for RAF so I had to face the fact that it's going to take longer.

I got my 3 warlocks to level 6 last night. Would have been level 10-12 if i had RAF, but I found I was enjoying the whole process.

No scrabbling for money to train skills (although I have higher level characters I could fund the team from).
No suddenly getting training after 6 levels and trying to figure out what skills you needed.

Then it occurred to me that for months I've been rushing to get to the level cap, as that would be where the fun can really start, but that this time round I don't gain anything by rushing. I've already got my high level team for farming, pvp and heroics so the pressure is off.

So I'm going to really take my time and enjoy the levelling this time round. I'm going to take professions on all my characters and level them as I go (no more powerlevelling). I'm going to work on getting loads of achievements.
I'll explore all the zones I'm going through. I'll clear every instance in the game (Stockades might be a problem :) )
I'll pvp in every bracket. Plus this time round I'm on a pvp server. So i can have additional fun as I go (and I figure If I'm getting camped I won't be as frustrated as I'm taking my time anyway).

Perhaps I should level a healer and a tank so I can try my hand at clearing instances at appropriate level.

Of course give me a week I'll be completely bored and boost the crap out of them :)

Thats awesome! I have a very similar team that Im leveling now. The priest/warlock has some great synergy. I picked a DK as my tank. What modivated you to choose Pally as your tank?

I use Hellfire/Holy Nova most of the time. One guy watching me said Rain of Fire > Hellfire. The math says otherwise. Hellfire hurts but i just counterheal it with Holy Nova. With Realy Tough mobs I'll stagger out Shadowfury to stun them. This PB AoE is also useful for when a small number of enemy is meleeing you and its not practical to turn your army to face them.

I use the following DD if there are only 1 to 2 mobs in front of me. The spell casting times are selected to be near identical.

1.Vampric Touch/Immolate
2.Conflagrate/SW: Death
3.Mind Blast/Chaos Bolt
4.Mind Flay/Incinerate
5.Mind Flay/Incinerate

Rinse wash and repeat as desired. For Bosses and Hyper HP's mobs i begin with the two dots.

I don't know what it is about DK's, i can't put my finger on it, but it leaves me feeling unsatisfied.
It's like alcohol free beer. Looks similar, tastes similar but just doesn't have the same effect :)
I play the DK and it has enough similarities to the pally to remind me that I'd rather play the pally.
Also as my group are lowbies I couldn't run instances at the right level with the team until 58, if i chose a DK.

Rain of fire is great -but it's a directional aoe and I don't really have a setup that will allow that easily.
When I solo on my lock (71) I use rain of fire if i suspect a rogue is about to try and catch them out.

In group situations I would use seed of corruption. Broke up many a group of alliance on the AV bridge
using that.

Hellfire I never used solo, as it self damages - but with a priest spamming holy nova that seems like it might be great.
I think I've seen holy nova trigger some shielding on those it heals when specced discipline. So i might run discipline
with my priest rather than shadow.

I've considered innerspace before.

I play on a laptop and I'm concerned that the way innerspace does the pip switching (I believe it renders full size on all the windows) will be too much for my computer. The laptop is a dual core nvidea geoforce 9600m and 4 gig of ram.
(I may actually misunderstanding how this all works). I suppose I could run a two box solution combined with my desktop.

That is exactly how I feel at the moment.
I decided to forgo the RAF option as well.
I am currently starting up a new team (1pally, 4shammies), this time on the Alliance side.
So everything is fresh and wonderful. :D

Still not used to the fact that Gnomes are on my side now,
I always freak out when I see a Gnome Rogue next to me in WSG.

I've been leveling 3 locks also lots of fun, there affliction specced I've been only running em when they have lots of rested exp to burn thru.

They hit 50 not to long ago, like going to western plague lands where the graveyard is and the cauldrons doting up everything in sight then burning em down with rain of fire.

Planning on taking em into pvp, already have one level 80 lock still debating on the last char probably end up being either a druid or a priest. Also debating on the spec for em, I'm more familiar with affliction but I think demo would fun in pvp with 4 felguards out.

Yes the mouse works very well in IS, however you are correct that it does render all windows at full size (even when they are "minimized") so it really eats up a computers resources. I still love it though =)
