Aion & software boxing - gm/support answer

Here is what I got from my ticket - not super precise or clear but... *seems* like HKN, etc... are ok the way we use it:

We do not allow any program that allows any sort of automated game play. As long as you are required to still be at you computer in order to play, you should be alright. Note that I said should, because as I said we do not allow botting from anyone. You MUST actively play while multi-boxing. Now that gameguard isn't here it is possible to use software like HotKeyNet or Keyclone to send the same key to 2 windows - without any automation - just 1 key to 2 windows - which makes it much more enjoyable to dual box aion and similar to what you can achieve using 2 computers and 1 keyboard ("hw boxing")

Is that an acceptable use - do you have a pointer to a policy document whether using software that doesn't modify the aion client and doesn't automate anything and just sends the same key or click to 2 or more windows is ok ? (hope so but I'd rather check than invest more and get banned later)
