Wow.
If anyone has been doing the daily's religiously (as you should) and are still considering your first couple of Triumph purchases.. get this.
200 haste. 12 second duration, ~6 second ICD. 100% uptime.
It is fantastic.

I hate haste rating, but I will have to look into this....
This totem is truly awsome, gotta get it asap on my Shamans :)
after 400 haste, you get zero benefit i thought. all my girls have over 400 haste.
Where did you get that from?
I'm pretty sure you can go as high as you like in haste without losing benefit. Wowwiki suggests you need something close to 1700 haste rating to get a 1s GCD.
I don't chase haste at all, but would like to know more about the 400 cap you mention. I'll chase it even less if true!
Incorrect
Haste rating will always be a dps boost until you hit the 1s LB cap however at certain haste ratings haste is our best stat as it allows us to do an extra LB between LvB - remember we no longer use a fixed rotation but a priority based system
Anyway this totem is BiS (Best in Slot) right now - you should see around 50dps* increase over hex
*Completely depending on your gear levels but wanted to give some indication of the values you can expect to see
Many of the top raiding guilds' shaman stack haste past 800.
Yeah, its pretty powerful (200/6.09%), Wrath of Air Totem (163.95/5%), Moonkin/Swif ret (98.37/3%)
That magically 1639.5 (reduce the GCD to 1.0 and the 50% haste) is pretty insane.
just make sure you figure out your dps boost over tier 9 to, to see the real benefit.
Is that haste cap taking into account Bloodlust/Heroism? I know that when I hit hero a lot of my wait time is now GCD related and not spell cast time. I wonder if its better to swap it out for Totem of Hex when you bloodlust.
