So I've been playing a good deal of AV lately on my druid and I am getting tired of losing because we just can't hold towers and keep it together for Drek. So I was asking myself, what would it take to solo box Drek with all towers up?
I'm thinking I'd have to go all druid since stealth will be needed to get there and melee dps will just make things messy. So what does everyone else think? Is this possible?

Taking down Drek/Van with 4 marshalls? Solo or with 5 toons I would say you are going to have your hands full.
If you don't already have the team, I wouldn't start one just for a one trick pony. In 51-60, DKs will skillgrip you and mess you up, so any team will get ganked. In any bracket, all it takes is 2-4 people to guard the general and you are pretty much screwed. All they have to do it kill one of your guys and he respawns like miles away. Sure you can do it a few times, until they learn what you are going to do. Also, Blizzard tried to stop people from 40 man rushing the end and made the general and the adds do more damage if the towers are up. So 2 tower down, might be doable but VERY hard, but 4 up isn't. I run to the end in AV about once every 10-12 games. It works. Almost no one there to stop me, when they do show up, I have 2 stragglers that followed me to help guard the end GY(RH) and eventually other come help. I would spend your energy getting a forward GY at the start and guard it. I would ask others to guard the GY and go get the end GY(RH). Then I would wait for like 20 of your friends to come help kill the general, should be all towers down and not that bad at that point.

Indeed, I agree it would be very difficult (if doable at all) you would be needing a very well geared team and the hope of no opposing players.
Most likely you'll need 2 tanks, possibly 1 aoe such as a paladin?, then you'll need a very good healer (I'm not sure whether you'd need two) and then the dps... It's probably doable but I can't imagine it being repeatable against the same people to much.
I'm still going to try though when I get up there :D
Heyaz says he can take drek by himself with a few lowbies and 1 tower up - post is here. He says he uses just his rocks and his shamans do 5-6k dps on him.
I read another post here recently of 2 5-boxers taking Drek by themselves with 1 tower up. Just hit 80 on my shamans, and Drek basically 1-shot's my rocks x5. My spellpower is about 1300 buffed so maybe rocks have a lot better survivability with 3000 sp - i dunno.
1 or 2 towers is probably possible if no one attacks you while you try it. But remember each tower provides drek with a 25% boost to hp and damage.. Trying it with 4 towers up with just your team of 5 is highly improbable.
Get a 245 avg item lvled tank (or 2), 2 healers and 2 dps and you should be able to do it within 2 mins or so
I've done it with 2 towers and an extra paladin healing me. 1 tower is easy to solo, but with 2 the random charges hurt too much with the shamans grouped up.
Not to mention the AE cleave going on.
I've never seen anyoone take on all 4 towers plus drek or vann. I ahve seen back in BC a tank in full T6 take on 3 but that was with 8 healers. Again not saying it's impossible but I think it's highly improbable for a 5 man team to sneak in and take on Vann or Drek. The more people you bring the more of a crowd it draws and then you will be facing the allies as well. Waiting for 2 of the towers to go down is fine but at that point you should have more teammates around by then anyways.
