Druid/Mage/Hunter/Hunter/Pally ??

So my current team (1x Prot Pally, 4x Elemental Shamen) are pretty much maxxed for gear, even with the Emblems of Conquest. So I'm considering rolling a new team. It would kind of be a patchwork of characters that were:

A): My original first character(s)
B): Characters I boosted up during my RAF period and have not touched since

So right now, I have an 80 Hunter (my first, most played character pre-multiboxing) and an 80 Shaman that was not part of my MB team. I also have a 63 Druid, 67 Hunter and 60 Mage (All leveled up during my RAF period).

I'm thinking about going Druid Tank, 2x Survival Hunter, Undecided Mage spec, and Resto Shaman.

Would this be a viable team? By "viable", I mean able to do Northrend Heroics at some point (after necessary gear upgrades, etc). Thoughts?
