g11 Wow profiles?

Ok I have searched around and I cant seem to do this. In my Logitech software I have g1 to g9 using Alt+whatever number and G10 to G18 alt+number

Now how can I write a profile to get them to actually work I cant seem to get it right

Can anyone lend me a hand?
