3 Boxing RAF questions on best way to lvl

So I started 3 boxing yesterday using Refer A friend... acct 1 referred acc2, acct2 referred acct 3.

Triple XP till 11/1/09. Not sure what the best way to level with the bonus level granting would be.

I want to mostly to pvp 3 boxing end game, and will to pve individually.

I want 2 80s per account, and was thinking about this:

account 1: warlock / warrior

account 2: priest / paladin

account 3: Mage / dk. Since the DK won't really be able to grant more than 2 levels until 60.

I have a lvl 14 mage from a seperate account in full heirloom BoA gear... I'm thinking about xffering her to account 3 and xfering her gear to a new lvl 1.... anyone know if the 10% xp bonus from the BoA gear will stack with the x3 xp?

Any suggstions on levling these? acct 3 will be able to grant 30 lvls to acct 2, and 2 to 1.... or should I just add a 4th toon to account 3 in place of the dk to grant more levels to account 2?

And... can a toon that was granted 30 levels, in turn grand 15 to the next account in line?
