[WoW] RAF Boosting account question!

So:

I want to do this:

Level 4 toons up. 1-30
Level 2 toons up 30-60
Grant 30 levels to the level 30 accounts. Now i have 4x 60
The newly dinged level 60, wich are levels granted grant a 1-60 on the main account.

I read a post somewhere here but i cant find it.

Anyone has a clue?
