Keyclone issue
I am sorry if this is a repeat thread, but i cant seem to find the answer i am looking for. I found a few threads talking around my issue but the answer seems to be eluding me.
So i have been boxing with 5 since Jan. All on one computer. I wanted to beable to turn up my video settings and have less lag at the same time. So i built 2 more Uber computers. I installed KeyClone on all 3 computers (Same Ver, 1.9). Most keys seem to be passing just fine, but shift is not (maybe even ctrl and alt too, not comfermed). I am running Vista on my Main Computer and Window 7 on the two new computers. I am have been trying to fix this one for a couple hours now. Thanks for all your help.

You could always try it with Notepad on all the PCs just to make sure things like ALT+F pulls up the File menu, and CTRL+C and CTRL+V copy & paste text properly. Typing in Notepad will also show you whether shift is working properly.
I'm sure Rob will have some simple toggle you forgot about that fixes it. ;)

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this has been a problem for some users of Keyclone for as long as it's been around, with no solution.
It was so easy to reproduce in my case that I could open a couple of Windows Notepads up, lean on SHIFT+A and the remote machine(s) would get an apparently random combination of upper- and lower-case letters!
It was the main reason I went to one machine for boxing (which turned out to be a great idea anyway).
The best workaround I found was to use KC for broadcasting keystrokes within the machine (i.e. don't let them talk to each other), and to use another cross-machine multiplexer for the inter-machine communication. It worked fine that way, so there's definitely something odd about KC and multiple machines - for some people!
I can't immediately suggest any multiplexing software to fill that gap for you though. I used "Multibox" back in the day, but I imagine that's no longer around.

Ok so i tryied using KaVoom and ran into 2 issues:
1. I downloaded and installed www.kavoom.biz/k0000/KaVoomKM-G3.28_Setup.exe from kavoom. It is not compatible with windows 7 yet. The other versions dont broadcast keys stokes. Only the G3.28 version does. I talked with an admin at KaVoom, he said he will start making a version that will work on windows 7 (7100 build). Expected time until available is 1 week.
2. So I started to just play on just one computer (windows 7, build 7100) and found a few more things that were not working correctly. That makes me sad  Up until now, keyclone work flawlessly. My brother is going have me build him a computer because he only has Mac's and he really wants to use keyclone. I want to put windows 7 on it for him (its much better the vista IMO) but now that keyclone seems to be having so much issues with windows 7... i dont know. Please let me know if any of you are having these problems:
Cant Pause
Cant Close Keyclone (have to restart)
The window will not stay above a WoW window so i can change settings (no the wow stay on top button is not checked)
Sometimes when i close a WoW window, it still thinks it is open.
So i didnt really even get into playing the game to see if there were any other issues. I talked with Rob (KeyClone), and he said that he hasnt had any issues with windows 7. He said he was going to look into why shift was not passing to the other computers. But isnt sure of a solution.
So now i dont know what to do... maybe i should have stayed on one computer with Vista... :-(
