It looks like pitbull to me.
Is pitbull, I use it myself. Has a TON of options. Take time with it and you will love it.

well i got it all set up and working really good. I like it alot. only thing I cant seem to figure out is how to get it to show all the casting bars on the party windows of the main. they show on each char alone bot not in the party window.....
