Hmm anybody have trubble with this some times?

I decided to make all my four shamans male the other day and went to acc managment to get it going. I was able to do two first of them, after that they wouldnt accept my card for some reason (yes there is money on it ^^).
Anybody else had this problem and know what causes it?

Calling the support blizz line takes like 30-40 mins, and running around with two male and two female isnt exactly pro hehe

Usually you can only use the same card 3 times with blizzard services the same week/2weeks or something. Its a scam security of some kind.
My brother had the same problem thats more or less what they told him if im not mistaken. but this is some time ago and i dont remember so good.. :pinch:
You can how ever call them and they will sort it out so you can use it more then 3 times.

Had the same problem here...tried to make my 4th extra account and 'twas denied. Blizzard does it on their end. Just use your friend's computer...for me it was my IP not my credit card seeing as I read him the digits over the phone and it worked with no issues.

EDIT: I believe if you call them they'll make your account for you but it won't be RAF'd. You have to start the trial yourself...but maybe they've upgraded their system who knows.

You could try contacting both the credit card company and Blizzard billing/support.
At one end or the other, there is the safety security feature kicking in.

I'm not sure if you can have them allow you to bill your account multiple times in the future.
As in remove the automatic security feature for Blizzard Entertainment.

Yeah, I've had it happen and it is what Fenril said already. It's your ip address and not your CC. If you can change your IP or use a dif internet service temporarily just for that stuff you should be able to get around it. I think I just waited 3 days or so and it worked. I seen many stories about people calling customer support and them not know what is going on or blaming it on the credit card so I wouldn't hope to much that they can help you.

amex will block half my transactions with my subs, seeing its 4 accounts for 3 months at a time they think its a scam
