I call them options. The basic idea is you can use a command and then put options on it so it will go off based on your options.
Things like /use, /cast, /equip, /assist, /target, etc and MANY more can use options.
The options can be like combat, target=, exists, help, equiped:, stance:, etc.

The parts that you want to look at: Commands that accept options, Conditionals and the explanation for each conditional.
You can use use more than one set of options. The first set that is true gets used. To me it is easier to understand if you use seperate lines for each one.
/use [equiped:daggers] [equiped:sword] [equiped:mace] SuperSmashAttack
/use [equiped:daggers] BackstabTrinket
/use [equiped:sword] SinisterNecklace
/use [equiped:mace] EviserGloves
