That's pretty impressive.
why didnt you showed the other bosses?
WoW! Your video makes it look easy! I'll have to try it.
Maybe i should have, but i didn't think about frapsing until the last boss. Sorry.Quote:

First "boss" is a joke. Nothing special about it. I keep my toons on /follow, resto casts few aoe heals and hot's, no need to worry about bombs. Just dps as much as you can.
Second boss Varos Cloudstrider is kinda hard because lasers can kill your party in no time. My strategy is to keep toons following me all the time and just run whenever there are laser beams. HoT/instant healing helps a lot since you are running around big part of the fight. Keep DoT's on him and in between lasers do direct damage. That's about it.
Third boss Mage-Lord Urom is really easy. Place your toons behind 1 pillar. Tank him between pillars and when he teleports, tank runs behind other pillar. Repeat. Easy as pie... Mmmmmmm... pie....
Very nice. I tried 5xAmber a lot of times, but best I could do was 800k/4800k hps before wiping. Granted, most of this testing was done on normal where he doesn't astral shift (which would make it easier if he did), and while not wearing any gear (to avoid the repair costs). My setup was similar, except I used only 1 maintaining the rift while the other 4 attacked, then those 4 would rift after a 10 stack and the single toon would attack (applies a full stack at once), then repeat. I think I may have been losing stacks in the rotation (especially if something missed), and therefore not doing maximum damage. I should try again with your 2 rift/3 attack breakdown. Factoring the stacks generated by a timestop into the rotation made things tricky.
The few times I tried on heroic and geared, I just wasn't quite seeing the DPS I was expecting.
Do you have your macros that you can post? Would like to comare against how I was set up. Hoping I have a "eureka" moment about what I may have been doing wrong.
And, yeah. I found all the other bosses rather easy and do them similar to you (Urom I don't bother to hide the tank, just make sure he's full health before the explosion hits). Varos I spread my guys out near an edge and suck up the laser beams; just need to be sure to know when it's coming and be ready to spam big heals on the target and spam big group heals after a chain lightning, otherwise just a simple tank-n-spank for me.
I don't use any special macros on this fight. First button clicks 1 and 3 (depending on group), second button clicks 3 and 1. And then i have buttons for each Time Stop individually. I'm a button smasher so /castsequence just wouldn't work for me. :)Quote:

Cool, that's enough to help me try to figure out what's going on. At least I have a working baseline to compare against now. Thanks. :)Quote:
