Keyclone and Mwheel support

Is their a way to make Mouse wheel work with keyclone? Normally I run around with my mousewheel being bound to switching my action bars.

My plan for dual boxing my shaman and warrior was to have my warrior be played as my main. I would use the first page of macros for my warrior to do his attacks etc, but i dont want my shaman to do anything. Then if I wanted my shaman to heal or drop a totem, I would quickly Mwheelup which on my warriors screen would bring up a hotbar that just had macros of which spells I wanted to cast on my shaman but nothing inside the macros (just the spell pic). And for my shaman this would bring up her actual cast bar so she could do something such as cast a heal or drop a totem. Then as soon as I wanted to attack I would mwheel up again to bring up my warriors normal attack bar.

Maybe im trying to do this too complicated of a way but it was originally how i had planned it (its easier for me to remember mwheelup hit E for healing wave ETC since I played a warlock and hunter that i have some spells bound to my first page and some to my second and dont even have to think about what im casting) Im also not familiar with using the Fkeys which is what i currently have my shamans spells set to cast while i figure this out.
