[WoW] Different Kind of RAF question

My RAF is almost done, and I feel let down with the poor showing I did. (see another thread). So My questiopn is should I start 4 more accounts. I really enjoy leveling and I am not sure what to do with the group of 4 that are at 60. I guess get a DK to 60 and run them thru outlands. No added cost there. If I start again, I would let the other 8-9 accounts go on hiatus. and raise 4-5 more teams. Learning to play Horde, highest prior was a 25ish Shaman. Like to try 5 Shaman and maybe 5 pallies(what RACE?)
