If anyone has some success in either of them then pls post your strategy.
WSG: My main problem is mobility here aswell as taking up half of the team.. something goes wrong it costs your team the flag most of the time... Strand: my main prob here is that my team starts split up
Its hopeless to do WSG as a multiboxer, all it takes is 1 or 2 players to slow you down while the FC run away from you. Yes they will die but the other team have 7 players to focus your flag carrier.
Defending works better but against a rogue simply clos+sprint and hes gone... Druids can be a bitch aswell!Ofc this was before the 3.1 patch and instant lava burst, flag defending should be easier with the new earthbind totem but far from easy mode!
For SOTA the best place to defend without doubt is at the yellow gates and its tons of fun aswell!!After i passed 18k hp and somewhat 1800 Spell damage with flametounge wepon and TOW i havent lost a singel SOTA were i was able to get to the yellow gate in time.(That doesnt mean you always win thought)
You have to be focused and watch the map for wall breaches, once the green/blue gate falls you have to pull back to the purple/red gate. The carbonite addon used to show were the tanks was located on the map wich made it pretty easy to plan were to defend.
There is a pillar on the west side of the yellow gate and this provide exelent cover against tanks and force them to get within flameshock+LvB range before they are able to fire. On the east side there is a huge rock who makes you very hard to spot and tanks cant shoot trought the stone but you can. (they can fire on the sides of the stone and still hit you, they ususaly cant see that im there before i killed 2 tanks anyway) Standing within destroyed tanks works like wonders aswell!! :)
BLOODLUST, you got 5 dont forget to use them!! Suicide missions is sweet if your attacked only from one side, run into the alliance group and kill as manny as you can. Dying removes the sated debuff :D
