Problem with PayPal

Hello all i have some problem with english but i hope you will understand me....So i want to pay for Keyclone license, but i can't pay with PayPal what i can to do??? Is here another way to pay??

I have Visa Electron but i can't use the Paypal from my country i live in Moldova republic of :(...
