What instances can you get rep for by wearing tabard (if any) without entering in Heroic Mode?

I can't figure out the chart from wowwiki...sorry too much vodka tonight...

80 level instances will give rep
Halls of Lightning
The Oculus
Caverns of Time: Culling of Stratholme
Utgarde Pinnacle

and all heriocs

If you're just grinding rep, chain running CoS is probably the way to go.

Once you can bang out a few heroics reliably, that will go MUCH faster (to the tune of 1.5-2k rep a clear).

Confirming wowphreak's post. As the tabard says, "All reputation gains while in level 80 dungeons will be applied to your standing with them."

Unless you are just pitifully geared you can do at least some of H-Gundrak. The rep is much better on heroic :/ The day I hit 80 I killed the first there bosses in there and Trollgore in H-Drak'Tharon.
