Need Some Bilingual Help

My girlfriend has told me that she has a school project that "we" need to put together. It didn't take me long to figure out that "we" meant me. Anyway, "we" need some bilingual help, so I'm asking the community for translations of a few questions in French, Chinese, and Spanish.

Here are the questions:

1. Are you feeling pain?

2. Yes / No

3. What is the level of pain you are feeling? (We'll have a level indicator they can point to. We just need the question.)

4. Where is your pain?

5. Point to the diagram where your pain is.


I am not totally sold on the wording of that last question but the more I think about it the more I feel it's direct and to the point. This project is worth a lot of points and "we" don't want to mess it up. So, can you guys give me some help with the translations?

Spanish

1. Sientes dolor?

2. Si/ No

3. Que nivel de dolor sientes?

4. En donde sientes el dolor?

5. Indica en el diagrama donde sintes el dolor.

Been a while since I wrote much in Spanish but the gist is there, some one else that might know can probably point to where I missed a punctuation of some sort, also some of the words might now make since because they change when you speak to people like its slightly different for a man or a woman, most words in Spanish have some sort of gender related to them. And then the grammar is gonna suck too. But from what I remember this is how you say what you asked for. Any more Spanish speakers?

French:

1. Avez vous mal (quelque part) ? ~ are you hurting (somewhere)

2. Oui / Non

3. Quel niveau de douleur avez vous? ~ what level of pain do you have
Quelle intensité la douleur a-t-elle? `what intensity is the pain
A quel point avez vous mal? `how badly are you hurting


4. Où avez vous mal? `where are you hurt
Où se trouve la douleur? `where is the pain


5. Pointez sur le dessin/diagramme où votre douleur se trouve. `point on the drawing/diagram where the pain is
Montrez moi où vous avez mal. `show me where you are hurting

I've been worried about the French translation, but I knew someone would come through on the forums. Now only the Chinese translation is worrying me, so since "we" only have a couple of more weeks to finish this, "we" may need to take up beyond-tec's offer for a German translation.

"We" should take up utilizing our creative license, no? ;)

i have no way to tell you if it is indeed what it is you want, but at least the ideograms look the same on the MSN screen with my friend >.<
I hope the fonts won't mess it up.
