Sending keystrokes to minimized window.

I have been searching for hours trying to find some help here.

I disenchant items on a mass basis and obviously sitting and spamming one button every 5 seconds is a pain in the butt. I disenchant the same items every time and have made a macro that is bound to my MouseDown.

What I am trying to script is that when I have the WoW screen minimized, I would like to browse the internet. Whenever I press WheelUp, WheelDown or Left/Right Click it sends WheelDown to the minimized WoW client.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
