Got my accounts running, now how do I attack?

So I have my two shamans running and all, they follow each other and its real good... Im wondering though, how do I get one to cast lightning bolt without alt-tabbing over and pressing it? Also how do I pick up quests without having to alt tab..

If some one can dirrect me to a "Noobies guide to keyclone duel-boxing" or just flat out give me the answers that would be great.
