Fastest leveling after 60?

Hey guys,

Got my first team to 60 with RAF boosting and, being addicted to the fast exp, I'm trying to figure out the next place to go (or method to use; boosting vs questing). Was running Ramparts/BF for a while, which is good on rested, but 3 bubbles a run on regular is pretty meh. Switched to Mana Tombs and it's a bit better but still fairly slow. Would questing them all to 80 be quicker than boosting with my 80, or is 2ish hours per level pretty good at low 60s? What's the best places to go before it's not possible to boost anymore? (I'd assume anything past UK would be a little tough) Sorry if this is answered elsewhere, I looked around the forum and couldn't find any posts about it.

I would say it is more or less preference of how you do it. Keep in mind that it will take a while ;(, but it is rewarding. Just level however is the most entertaining way for you.

Quickest way so far for me has been to boost in an instance till yeh burn of rested state then run quests.

At 65 look into nagrand the ring of blood which gets a nice chunk of exp and some random blue items
Do that one first with the help of yer 80 then do the mastery what ever its called quest line there's 3 of em nice kill quests and
There quite a few other kill quest here that are nice.
