FTL and Keymaps

Quick question with FTL and Keyclone keymaps.

Currently my action bar is mapped to another bar ( of equal size ) for the FTL side to work. The keymaps are for my action bar keys only ( 1..=). Can i make keymaps for modified keys too ? Ie, press ALT-1 and it goes to a keymap that eventually translates to a second ftl mapped bar.

I guess my question is, will keyclone be able to override the ALT that im pressing to send a SHIFT+CTRL ( for instance ).

To add to this complication, i software box ( all 5 toons on 1 pc )

yes you can. That is actually what I do.

I have 3 rows,

1 2 3 4 5....
a1a2a3a4a5....
c1c2c3c4c5.....

all set up to their own ftl bars
