Glimmer of hope against the 80 gankers.

So I was in Zangermarsh this morning finishing up some quests as ive almost completed this zone. Only thing really left to do is get sporegar faction to unlock some dungen quests and to get the disease shield for my paladin. I dont like to gank people. I dont like being ganked so I figure other people dont like it either. Well I had one steam pump thing left to disable at the bottom of zang. I get there and there is a 64 warlock doing the same quest, so I wait and let him finish, and wait, and wait. After about 5 min of this it was time for him to go, nothing angerz me more than waiting on other people (thats why I muti-box). Quickly turning him into goo with my 5x group I finish that quest off and head further south to the spore cave where I have 3 quests to wrap up.

Going up the ledge there I spot another player, damn it. It was a same faction paladin so that wasnt too bad, Hes got a few mobs on him, and whats that bouncing around like retarded babboon? Skull 80 shaman with 18k hp. /sigh. My group is a 64 paladin and 4 63/64 druids. I move into range and unleash the astronomy dictionary on the Shaman. Im fairly sure I got lucky because 6 out of 8 dot's landed on the guy and all my druids got off 2 starfires and 2 wraths and I was up another honor kill. He didnt even get over to me as he was busy with the other paladin. However I did cry out like a little girl when he slef rezed and made a beeline strait at me. Only to run head first into my freshly summoned forest. Having been steamrolled by 80s ever since I got to outlands has been agrivating. However having finaly killed one 16+ levels lower than they are I have renewed hope that it wont be a total grief fest when I move to lich king.

I headed into the spore cave after that fully expecting to get steamrolled by the shaman I just killed in the near future, but I had quests to complete and im not going to get scared off. He didnt show up, but I did run into a group of Hoard. 64 druid and two 68 DK's. 4 button pushes later and it was over. Summoned the trees followed by huricane. They did kill 2 druids but I got my quests done and now everyone is level 64. In all, it was a much more successful morning when encountering the Hoard.

I really need to learn to attack first prolly.
