RAF plan part 2

This is a continuation of my 1st post asking for feedback on my RAF plan. Link is here. I went away on business hence the long delay. My only thought while I was away - hope blizz doesn't phase out RAF else ima qq.

Anyway, I've since revised my original plan based on Marsharo's suggestion to boost the next team to level 31 instead of just granting them from level 1 through to 60.

This image depicts the original plan vs the revised plan. To me, they're both feasible although I favor the first. Also, the time spent leveling to 60 is based on my average, which is done via boosting the team using an unlinked 80. The only assumption is the time that it takes to level from 1 to 31, and I guesstimated it to 4 hours.
