Dual box : what to do next?

I have recently brought my two pallys up to lvl 60, I have a lvl 80 Prot warrior that is my main.

Now should I build a shaman team, Or work with my other alts, Namely a 44 priest, or a 31 rogue?

I'm kind of leaning towards the priest just to help out my guild on Gul'dan.

Hunters, mages, etc. all in the mid 20's.

Throw this old Country boy a bone.

Oh yeah, alliance, and the Dual box DK is a given.
