Blendtec's! WILL IT MACRO?

Im not at home to test, but will the following macro work for my druid followers. Its a nice work for anything but boss fights macro in one button. If they have a bad guy targeted they spam dps. I hold ctrl and it heals the main, or alt and they heal themselves. I realy need to look into getting better macros than my /assist /cast ones that I use now.
