Any tips for multiboxing VoA (either 10 or 25) playing as tank + 4 dps?

Thinking about starting to PUG VoA with my 5 guys, hopefully 25 man since I hardly need any of the rewards from 10 man. I was thinking I could either MT or OT (or just switch to dps since I have some DPS gear) - any hints on making this possible? As far as the tricks he uses on DPS, is it good enough to just drop 4x healing stream totems and a nature resistance totem and ignore his damage? Do I need to spread my shamans out? How far?

Any tips would be appreciated, since I don't want to make a fool of myself and never get invited back.

Well its probably easier if you just straight 5 DPS, then you can easy avoid his damage when you need to move and no worry about where your followers are. ATM I usually just run it as either 3 DPS, Healer, or Tank but never all together. As for his damage is pretty much nothing as long as you move out of his Cloud AOE and his needle move. Other then that its straight DPS nukage.

If you want a better chance at loot have each toon run it heroic and non heroic. If you take them all you only get one chance at drops vs. 10.

Yeah, this is really easy actually. I've done it on 5 guys (1 tank, 1 healer, 3x dps), it's really not a big deal, just move out of the clouds. I just use strafe left and right to do it, maybe adjust the group a bit and continue. I'd STRONGLY suggest doing what Pinotnoir says though, run it with only 1 guy at a time. That way you get several chances for loot.

Hmm good point, coordinating finding 5 different groups for each one would suck though :)

Just run a WG battle and help to PWN everything and its easy to find groups right after the battle. Especially if you do it on Tuesdays.

I actually multiboxed 2 guy in 2 different VOA instances at the same time. Probably not the best idea though. But the place is pretty easy.

On my server there is always a vault raid going on if horde control the zone. It may be tough to do seperate on a lower pop server. If thats the case I would only take 2 at a time. You dont want to put all your eggs in one basket.
