So I am seeing some shamans crit with LVB for 15.5k
How is this possible? I am critting for around 8.5k right now and was wondering how should one spec for overall dps in an instance and pvp. I know there is a difference but what is it?
Does speccing into hit increase spl dmg?
Please let me know. I never really got into these things as running 5 guys is a lot of pew pew but now I really want to increase the dps as much as possible.

It may be in a 25 man raid. Due to the mob being debuffed and the shaman buffed.
What fight are you seeing it on as well? Fights like Thaddus you can see some amazing numbers.
Most of the people reporting this are using various trinkets/abilities to get their spellpower into the 3000 range, plus they have all LvB talents, and the 10% spell damage lava burst glyph - its definitely doable.

If he equipped that other trinket that provides a 590 spelldamage proc it would mean.
2250 base spelldamage
1180 double trinket proc
280 ish bloodfury (cant remember the exact number)
280 ish TOW
80 spelldamage from improved spirit buff
I guess there are more i forgot?
That means he roughly have 4000 spelldamage with abit of luck.
Thaddius perhaps?
